Exchange Policy

Can I exchange an item if the sizing or fitting does not suit me?

We regret to inform that returns or refunds are not accepted once a purchase has been made.

However, exchanges are allowed for sizing issues, subject to stock availability.

• Items with available sizes may only be exchanged for a different size.
• Items with no size availability may only be exchanged for another design/style.

Please take note of the following:

• All exchange items must be sent back within 3 working days (Malaysia) or 5 working days (outside Malaysia) from the date of receiving your purchase.
• Efash provides exchanges for all items except Free Size / Best Buy / Sale / Discounted items, accessories, and items specifically stated as non-exchangeable.
• All exchange shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
• Items must be returned in their original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered).
  Exchanges for items that do not meet these conditions will be strictly declined.
• Items must not be soaked. If colour runs due to soaking, the item will be strictly non-exchangeable.
• Our Exchange Department will contact you once the returned item is received.
  This process usually takes 2–3 working days.
• Any exchange that does not meet the above criteria will be strictly declined and forfeited.
• The item remains your responsibility until it reaches us.
  For your own protection, we recommend using a delivery service with tracking and insurance.
  Please retain the tracking number for reference.
• EFASH reserves the right to reject any request to mail exchange items together with a new order.
  All exchanges are final, and further requests will not be entertained.

Important Notes:

• Product colours may vary due to studio lighting.
  Please allow up to 20% colour variation compared to actual products.
  Exchanges due to colour variation will be subject to a processing fee.
• Measurements may vary by 1–2 cm due to fabric stretch and material differences.
  Please refer to the measurements provided and compare them with your own garments for the best fit.
  Alternatively, contact us with your body measurements for fitting advice.
• For printed items, slight variations in print alignment, symmetry, or colour patches may occur.
  These are not considered defects and are not eligible for exchange.
• Sale items may have minor defects, colour discrepancies, or measurement variations and are strictly non-exchangeable.
